About Oakmayne Properties
Oakmayne Properties was formed in 1993 and initially operated through a number of strategic joint venture developments. It is now an established part of the London property market. The company is based in Borough Market in Southwark.
Oakmayne has completed over 35 development projects in Central London Creating over 1,000 residential units, a 150-room hotel and 100,000 sq ft of commercial space. Having completed over £50m of GDV in the last three years, Oakmayne is now involved in over £200m of development.
Oakmayne has joined the Lend Lease consortium to bid for the Master Developer role in the £2.5billion (170-acre site) of the Elephant & Castle. The competition is down to the final 3 and results will be announced late 2006/early 2007.
